Will be going to bed in a bit, so if anyone has any advice on whether I should

skip the bedtime dose of t3 tonight, I'd be greatful.

My gut feeling is it's a dump and/or I needed more hc recently than I thought.

In either case, gut says to skip t3 tonight and start back at lower dose

tomorrow.

Thanks!

too much t3. So I went back down to 50 t3 and it didn't help, yesterday only

43.75.

cortisol. Today, I only took 25 t3 so far, my temps dropped to 98 (they should

be 99 since I'm in the luteal phase), so I took extra HC today -- 25 mg and it

stopped some of the heart pounding right away and temps have hovered around 98.9

all day without taking any more t3.

my heart pounding worse. I thought maybe a dump, but my temp is not higher than

98.9, my pulse is 100 which is high for me. Plus the HC made me nauseas and I

haven't been nausesa at all until I took the extra HC today. Did I take too much

and shut down my ACTH?
