Guest guest
I tried to complete the questionairre, but there was some sort of problem. :-( Beth in TX Sherry wrote: <<Today's Freebie: Free Vitamins? RX-cellent!>>
Guest guest
I clicked on the link given and it worked fine. I completed the questionaire. When I hit finish it did a time-out and went to an error page but I just used the back button, hit finish again and it did move on. It showed a breakdown of the supplement it says I need. The " free " month costs $5.00 for shipping and handling and then $29.95 a month after that. I'd bet that the S & H charge gets added to that also. There's a link on the bottom of the first page for discontinuing the vitamins so if you order the first month read the info cuz I bet they keep sending them automatically. I'm going to compare what is " prescribed " for me with Dr. A's recommendations before I decide to give it a try. Guest guest
OK, worked this time! Cool. Thank you Sherry & Wanda. From the FAQ: Q. What is my obligation if I accept your one-month free offer for the personalized TeamRx Nutritional Supplement? A. There is NO obligation. Here is how the TeamRx program works: a few weeks after you receive your first month's supply we will send you an email letting you know that we are ready to send you your next month's Nutritional Supplement refill. If you are pleased with the results, (and we think you will be), and wish to continue receiving your personalized formulation do nothing and we will process your reorder. If you do not want to continue receiving your TeamRx Nutritional Supplement just send us an email to STOP@... and we'll stop your shipment and cancel your account.
