Guest guest
I don't know why my doc or any doc tests serum at all. My serum potassium used to be low, but since supplementing with fludro and potassium it has risen. I was very run down and inflamed on day of labs (I only realized later) and could be this affects potassium? Next time I go for labs I will request RBC. I'm thinking to test everthing via RBC, though it's probably very expensive. To: RT3_T3 Sent: Mon, January 11, 2010 6:44:15 PMSubject: Re: Help: can't stand on my feet. Regarding potassium test: Was the test serum potassium or RBC potassium? Val has mentioned that serum potassium test results can appear fine, but RBC potassium will sometimes reveal a problem.>> > My potatassium was tested a few days ago and it's fine. > Low androgens? I did not want to start my testosterone yet cuz then I wouldn't know what's what. Is testosterone applied every day of the monthly cycle? Should I consider starting testosterone now when I'm feeling sub-par?> > > ____________ _________ _________ __> From: <artisticgroomer@ ...>> To: RT3_T3yahoogroups (DOT) com> Sent: Mon, January 11, 2010 1:51:46 PM> Subject: Re: Help: can't stand on my feet.> > > It may also be low androgens or low potassium which BOTH can cause > muscles ot turn to mush.
