There are several reasons to not take Zinc, it also lowers cortils which

you do not need right now.

Like my specialist tells me.. There are contradictions in everything. One scientist says this, the other one that. If we'll listen to everything, we can't take any pills, meds or anything. Maybe I should just take the multi I am taking with 15 mg zinc in it and quit taking those 60 mgs of Zinc citrate I was taking on the side. I haven't taken Zinc for 3-4 days already tho. Maybe that's why I feel even more infected now than I did before? Zinc is antiinflammatory. I also read somewhere that Zinc KEEPS cortisol in the blood. *nuts*

I htink the multi is fine and will keep it from gettign lower. 60mg is

alot of zinc. I would not take that much with any adrneal weakness,
