yogurt: does expiration date on the milk carton matter?

So my milk carton says it expires on November 10th and I'm making

yogurt with it today. Does that mean that after November 10th my

yogurt will be " bad " or spoiled? Or can I still eat it and not worry

about it?

BTW, it's grass fed organic milk. Don't know if that makes a

difference or not....
