Guest guest
Had to get new orthodicts for feet, had to increase my Vita D and calicum from scd complete. If digestion is working wouldnt that be enough to turn it around? With cheese, I do push ups for muscle and weight bearing exercises. I have some exercises I can do...?JAHSCD 4 yearshttp://www.glutenfreeeugene.org/xl2/scd.html
Guest guest
This is an area where genetics plays a role, along with one's age and whether neuropathies are involved causing malabsorption issues.... Diet and digestion can only go so far, then it's up to the rest of our body systems to work normally in order to absorb and process the nutrients that our bones require. For many of us, this may not happen even when our digestive system has improved. My experience has been that my digestion has been working as normally as it can for at least 3 years, but in that time my nervous system has declined steadily. I am diagnosed with yet another neurological condition about every 6 months. My bones are about the only thing that hasn't deteriorated (although my joints are becoming cranky!), but the rest of me.... Kim M.
