I am one of those that follows diet and use little of drugs.

I thought I'd pass this on. A month and a half ago, my father in law

mentioned that he had met a friend of his who told him a year before he was

about to have knee replacement surgery because of severe arthritis

inflammation and was barely walking. Someone had told him to take a spoonful

(to two) of apple cider vinegar at breakfast time either with a glass of

juice or water. He dit it, and 9 months later, he no longer needed any

surgery. In fact, by the end of the year he was back to playing tennis.

Both of my in-laws who have some arthritis, have started taking the spoonful

of vinegar. They do it in a glass of orange juice. I thought what can I

lose. I started taking it every morning with a glass of water, although I

usually put in closer to two spoonfulls. (I don't usually drink too much

fruit juice). I am also adding apple cider vinegar to all my salads, if I'm

having one in the evening.

My wrists have always been very swollen since the arthritis started, and the

little bones used to stick out quite a bit. The left side is almost normal

and my right side has decreased quite a bit. I don't know why it works. I

don't know if it works in all cases. I don't know whether mine will get back

to be totally normal but I thought I should not wait any longer to pass it

on. Remember, it is not a quick fix, you won't see immediate results and

hopefully it will also work for you. Lucy
