Guest guest
http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/aldosterone/test.html High renin simply means your kidneys are working as they shoudl be and askign for more Aldosterone adn your adrenals are not able to produce it in spite of all thestimulation from renin, You need FLorinef. Your sodium is not horrid I assume form salt supping and an adaptaion of your body which si deliberately losiung pootasium to raise the serum sodium. So I would styarty potassium supps BEFORE even starting Florinef. You are going to need alot of potassium at first and deifnitly the slow release prescription cvariety. I woudl start with one 1500mg (20mEq) daily and retest levels in a week oin that and then start Floirinef. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Wouldn't florinef raise my BP more? It has been better as I come down from the HC. I was at 40, but now at 25. the bp is down from the 180's to the 150's. Pulse is a bit better too. I am not on anything else right now. I weaned off everything but the Hc because I didn't know what was wrong and I wanted to start from scratch. Not feeling well at all. Thanks for the explanation. I thought I had a tumor in my kidney or something. Guest guest
Just wanted to add, I do have some Klor-Con M10 here. I will start that. Isn't Florinef another steroid? Is it safe to take two different steriods? Yikes!
