I can feel nauseous and dizzy too. What helps me is cognac, not a lot, just a mouthful or two. (I have a theory about that, that involves my liver, but I am just guessing). I don't know if cognac is SCD-safe, probably not. Anyone know? The other thing that helps me is to take a big spoon of virgin olive oil. And lastly, slouching in my seat helps (probably the same position you make when you lie down?) Massaging the abdomen, even if it hurts, can also cut down on the hours of pain.
