Guest guest
Hi all... I have controlled and shown many conditions to elliminate themselves and any signs of them from my blood tests. Lowering carbs and sticking with lean protein meats, vegtebles and natural fruits for my sourch of natural carbs only, combined with daily exercise has helped me tremendously with health issues. I lost 45 lbs in 6 months and my breathing went from 65% to 100% normal. After 3 years of acid reflux also, I no longer have needed to take the " purple pill, Prilosec " for the last 2 years. Also went from a high reading of sugar two years ago to no traces of its ellivation on blood tests. Had fractures, softening of heel bone, and that has hardened back with no sharp pain while walking anymore. I am not a phisician, but I can tell you if you get rid of the sugars from candy & pop, no bread, no potatoes, no rice & noodles, ...read food labels and understand them, you too can see many signs improve for you as well. Digestion improves also, elliminating these 'starchy carbs' and replacing them with easier to digest natural carbs from fruits and vegtables. I am still fighting the arthitis, and it is a tough fight, as you all are aware. I hope to learn many things from this group in this area. I also hope to help as many on this list who have similar health issues, in the exchange of information. Sit ups from a bench with a Temperpedic pillow for the tale bone, arm curls, push ups, treed mill, etc in a daily regiment has helped me too. 6, 2.5 MTX tabs per week helps me substansially, built up from 3 tabs, soon to reduce these back down. Enbrel combination & Celebrex is part of this equation, yet I don't know if I would have the confidence with these drugs without the diet and exercise. Hope all of you get some improvement, stay positive and keep working at it..... Dan
