Tishcon does make a liquid form of CoQ.

They are working on another form of liquid that is concentrated and you mix

it with juice, water, etc. I had some to try. You can go to

<Epic4health.com> for pricing of the liquid. I totally forgot about the

liquid.

Beth,

I am not the expert on this but think I have seen other liquid Q10 on the

market. I do know that I definitely saw it on www.epic4health.com,

Tishcon's website.

Anyone know of a very good quality legal CoQ10?

Supposed to be good for heart health?

Lyme issues might have affected heart as well.

Start slowly and cautiously with CoQ10.

I know my experiences with supplements and medications are not

typical, but I found CoQ10 impacted my heart in a bad way, so

couldn't take it. I was trying it to help with my neuromuscular

issues, but found it really boosted my heart rate and blood pressure

and triggered some severe adrenalin-caused anxiety attacks.

But then my body reacts to Lexapro and Elavil opposite to what it is

intended. Neurological-impacting medications tend to cause more

extreme side-effects for my body than what is normal.

Kim M,

I am so similar to you in some ways it is mind boggling.

I don't take 3/4 of the stuff I ask about.. I ask, I read, I research.

Try to find my own way through this. Although, I have found

micro-dosing and rotations work for me. My doctors though keep saying

" it's not enough " but I am getting better with less set-backs. So

that is proof enough for me!

Thanks for the caution.

Yup, like you, my strategy is also to take very small doses of things, and wait several days between doses or rotating the types of supplements.

Drives my doctors a bit crazy, but I've learned to stick to what works for me. Which means most of the time I just learn to cope with the symptoms since the problems are easier to deal with than the medication's side-effects. I'm always willing to try something, once I've done my research, but I always start with extremely small doses until I know my body will tolerate it. 75% of the time it means I stop after a few weeks or months of the trial, since the side-effects are extreme....

Just the way it goes sometimes.
