I'm trying my first batch of 'heating pad yogurt' (so I cna make more

than 2 liters in a batch). What is the ideal temp range for

fermenting? Am in the 108-110F right now. Sorry if it's in the book.

I can't find my copy...

Thx,

Ben

100-110F, for at least 24 hours, generally no more than 30.
