The owner of Digestive Wellness has been SCD for years and has a

cookbook. I've always trusted her products. I would email them with

any questions. I think SCD is why they started the company.

You asking if anyone has letter heads and that kind of thing for the

DW products?

In general coconut oil is one of those things that is really hard to

gauge.. For months I have been trying to figure out coconut oils and

laws pertaining to it etc..

The one on DW is a brand that is supposed to be good. So is Barleans,

Tropical Traditions, Garden of Life.. It is important to get cold pressed organic without the Hexane!

I hope someone else will have some more definitive info for you!!
