Hi all,

I have looked for the Neopets cereal in a few stores and have not found it.

I live in Emeryville, right off the Bay bridge. We don't eat cereal very

much, but new options are nice, especially when I don't feel like baking or

making somethin hot for breakfast. (I have 4 young kids and we homeschool

so life is pretty busy around here!!) Anoyone know where I can buy it here?

Another question: a while back people talked about food journalling. My 8

year old is celiac for 2 1/2 years now, and dairy free for a year. She

still periodically complains about belly aches, and her mood can be really

excessively hyper at times, or really horribly miserable at times. I feel

she has other sensitivites and wonder how you would suggest keeping track.

I guess I wonder because my flour mix is a mix of rice flours, cornstarch,

tapioca, quinoa, amaranth and some others. I bake/ cook everything and use

this mix in many things. If I am to keep track, do I need to not use the

flour so I can actually tell. Am I making any sense? ( Emails are so hard

this way because you can't judge from facial expressions whether you make no

sense and sound stupid or all is clear!!!) Or eggs are in so much of what

we eat. Do I make very simple things for weeks to see if there is a

pattern? Poor girl. She is the most difficult emotionally of all my kids,

but she is also the one who has the most to deal with-- her celiac, being

dairy free so feeling depreived, she's the only one with glasses of her

sibling s and feels this is unfair, and now she just got a retainer.

However, I see so many of you with so many more health problems, or your

children do and honestly feel thankful that she isn't sick now that's she is

GF.

Okay, enough rambling. Things are breaking down around here... fighting

children!!!!
