yogourmet - increase temp with dimmer??

I know the trick for reducing the temp of the Yogourmet by using a

dimmer switch. Has anyone had success *increasing* the temp with the

same tool? My yogurt's been running 6 hours now and was at 90 degrees.

I wrapped a towel around it and it got up to 95.

If I don't manage to get it higher, will the yogurt still be SCD-okay?

Or will it need to be given to non-SCDers?

After I sell my house, first thing I'm doing is replacing the

Yogourmet with the Excalibur...
