The hair mineral analysis said I had low sodium and potassium in my cells. Not very, very low, but in the bottom of the range before it gets really low. If we can trust the hair analysis.I drink 1 tea spoon sea salt daily. This is not enough? I am worried about getting too much salt and that this can cause my face to swell up.
