I thought, " phew, close > call " and gave myself a gold star! I had two similar occurrences yesterday: - At lunch in the cafeteria I somehow got a piece of tofu in my salad (looked like chicken). After a couple chews I very undaintily removed it and plopped it on my tray. - I rewarded myself on a job well done for my first two weeks by having a drink last night. I usually just drink beer but that's been cut out so I ordered a cosmopolitan after going through the list of mixed drinks and coming up with something unsweetened. It didn't occur to me until halfway through the drink that cranberry juice is sweetened. There are only a few drops in the drink but I didn't want to throw away half of $7.50 so I finished it anyway :-( Although inconclusive I'm having an increase in symptoms today after a particularly good day yesterday -- don't know if it's from the cranberry though...
