Guest guest
Well it was once again proven that I have hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. I think it's amazing how the hair mineral analysis can be so accurate. The lab doesn't know what I have and don't have, until they analyze my hair! FBI, CIA uses hair mineral analyses to determine the death cause in murder victims, why shouldn't I use the same technique to find out what's wrong with me?Anyway... The main thing I was told to look into was ZINC. And to remove ZINC from my vitamin and supplement regime. Cause I had a serious deficiency of COPPER. Now, LOW COPPER results in BAD IRON ABSORPTION. Which I think I have. You can also get irregular heartbeat from low copper. So, it all makes sense to me. I never really had much irregular heartbeating before this winter. I added 60 mg ZINC to my regime daily in June 2009. I think I better quit taking ZINC. It could explain why I get the irregular heartbeats sometimes. I also had too low SODIUM and POTASSIUM in my tissue. OH YEAH, and the analyze also showed LOW IRON. So _EVERYTHING_ is true!!!!!! Amazing............!!I have a list of supplements I was told to take. I might just try it. I will get back to you all with the list soon. Just need to rest first. It's been a long day with blood samples at the GP's office, and a trip to the clinic with my hair mineral analysis result.I was told a gluten-free and a low carb diet was a smart choice of diets.
