Guest guest
Could be my bleeding gums/gum infection doing this though. If you have bleeding gums rinse your mouth with mouth wash several times a day it will help stop the bleeding or rinse your mouth with hyprogen peroxide 3% solution only, then rinse with water a few times it will help heal your gums hope this helps My temp is rising? Just clocked in at 37.3 C (99.2 F) orally and 37.7 C (99.9 F) rectally. I took my third dose of T3 making the total so far 15 mcg, at 6 pm. It's now 7:30 pm. Do I take the T3 too close to each other? I separate by 3 to 3.5 hours. Theoretically, would my REAL body temp go up, pushing the fever from chronic infection up, making my total temp higher, if more T3 got into the cells? Will the temp go up of I take more and more and too much T3 without it getting into the cells? Could be my bleeding gums/gum infection doing this though. I do feel feverish. Guest guest
Hi , Sorry to hear you had such an awful experience at the dentist. I was surprised to read that this is a "normal" dentist experience for you! A couple of things that I've found help with dental issues like this: 1. If you are having an issue with bleeding gums, you can do a salt-water rinse two to three times a day, swishing the water around so it gets between the teeth and to all of the gum tissue. Salt water is recommended a lot for people with sore throats as it helps to heal the tissue. I can't help but think that sea-salt water would be even better. 2. You may have a bit of a vitamin C deficiency. Do you eat plenty of fruits and other foods with Vitamin C in them? If not, consider adding this to your vitamin regimine. One added benefit - if you take Vitamin C with each of your meals, your ferritin levels will come up naturally. 3. Consider investing in a SoniCare toothbrush if you don't already have one. This isn't necessarily a "plug" for SoniCare (http://www.sonicare.com/), but I have used one for a few years now and saw a dramatic improvement in my dental visits in just the first six months. It was hard to convince me to spend the initial investment, but well worth it. In fact, my dental hygienist said she had a hard time even getting the measuring pick between my teeth and gums because the gums were so healthy and tight! My hygienist told me that hypothyroidism patients are very often seen with dental and gum health issues, so it's well worth taking extra good care of your teeth. Hope this is helpful and that you're feeling better soon.
