Guest guest
Any explanation as to why my bp would be higher in the morning than throughout the day? I take it lying down, as soon as I open my eyes upon awakening. Could it be high because of my need to go to the bathroom? Pulse is also higher than normal, reaching into the mid eighties to above 90. I never have such high numbers anytime throughout the day. Only upon awakening. Maybe I am supposed to be sitting up when taking bp/pulse? Dr. Lowe talks about taking basal pb and pulse so that's what I'm doing; but it's either high due to need to urinate, or cuz I " m doing it lying down. Any insight? Thanks all!
