Guest guest
Marilyn - thank you for the egg nog recipe. For me there is a lot left open to interpretation - can you give a few more specifics? Eggs. Honey. Nutmeg. (How much of each?)Whip in top of double boiler until eggs are cooked. and the mixture is thick. (will it curdle like normal eggs do? (How long does this typically take?) Seriously -- next post will be my egg nog ice cream. Basically, make that, and then, instead of freezing it into ice cream, add a little water to thin it. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
