The Board's public screens show Drs. Indman and del Junco as

renewed/current, no enforcement/disciplinary actions, and no

judgments/arbitration awards against their licenses.

In addition, after checking with the American Board of Medical

Specialties, we found that Dr. Indman is also Board certified in

" Obstetrics and Gynecology. "

The Board releases the following disciplinary information to the

public:

- Any public document filed against any physician and surgeon,

including but not limited to: decision, temporary restraining order,

interim suspension order, citation or public letters of reprimand;

- Medical malpractice judgments of $30,000 or more reported to the

Board on or after January 1, 1993, and those of any amount after January

1, 1998, including the amount of the judgment, the dates of the

judgment, the court of jurisdiction, the case number, a brief summary of

the circumstances as provided by the insurance company, and an

appropriate disclaimer [NOTE: To learn if any malpractice lawsuits have

been filed against a doctor, you may check the county's " civil index. "

This index generally is maintained in the County Clerk's Office but may

be at the Superior Court office of your county. The existence of a suit

does not automatically indicate the doctor practices medicine poorly; it

may just mean a patient was unhappy about the outcome of treatment

received. However, a pattern of legal actions may be cause for

concern.];

- Discipline imposed by another state or the federal government

reported to the Board on or after January 1, 1999, including the

discipline imposed, the date of the discipline, the state where the

discipline was imposed and an appropriate disclaimer;

- Hospital disciplinary actions resulting in termination or

revocation of a physician's hospital privileges for " medical

disciplinary cause or reason, " reported after January 1, 1995 ;

- California felony convictions reported to the Board on or after

January 1, 1993, including the nature of the conviction, the date of the

conviction, the sentence - if known, the court of jurisdiction, and an

appropriate disclaimer;

- Information regarding accusations filed and withdrawn.

The following information is NOT disclosed to the public:

- Complaints;

- Malpractice filings or settlements;

- Whether a case has been referred to the Office of the Attorney

General for filing of an accusation; and,

- Hospital discipline unless privileges are revoked.

I am considering various options for removal of my uterine fibroid. I

found 2 doctors online who are offering non-traditional treatments. I

be very grateful for any information you could provide about these

I am especially interested in knowing whether Dr. Junco's " FAS " surgery

and

clinic are legit, whether there have been any complaints against him,

etc.
