I think it's about time to try this... But how should I do it with the doses? Right now, I am doing about 3 to 3 1/2 hours in between the doses of T3 (and HC for that matter, I take that with the T3 every time!).I have 5 doses of T3 and HC daily. It goes approximately like this, depending on when I wake fall asleep/wake up:11:00 am2:30 pm6:00 pm9:30 pm01:00 pmWhere do I insert a 6th dose of 5 mcg T3 to make the total 30 mcg T3? Also, should I split the HC into 6 doses so I get some HC with my new T3 dose? And can I up my T3 while increasing my iron? I am currently at 25 mg iron daily (just started supplementing yesterday), and wait 3-4 days between each iron increase. I need to get up to 150 mg iron again. Thanks a lot!Kindest Regards,

Just bring them all a little closer to make it 3 hours apart

Yes, you will feel a lot happier knowing you have some extra at each

dose, just take a little less at each dose.

You can go straight in at 50 and then from there to 100. it's not like
