Guest guest Posted December 15, 2008 Report Share Posted December 15, 2008 This last week we have experimented with using dextrose (grape sugar) instead of honey. I am still out on how natural this is as a sugar source, but I certainly feel that it perks me up in the afternoons and I can feel my body really likes it. We mix it with butter, a little strong coffee, almond flour, vanilla and roll balls covered in coconut as a snack. What is your opinion or experience of dextrose?
