My pecans always blend instantly into butter. I can't seem to make

flour. Maybe it's the difference in pecans?

Eileen

When I make pecan flour, I hit the pulse button on my food processor two or three times, and don't hold it for more than 5 or 10 seconds each time. I usually start with pecan pieces; the halves will take an extra pulse. Really doesn't take long, not compared with making nut butter.
