Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 Eileen When I make pecan flour, I hit the pulse button on my food processor two or three times, and don't hold it for more than 5 or 10 seconds each time. I usually start with pecan pieces; the halves will take an extra pulse. Really doesn't take long, not compared with making nut butter. Kim M.
