Guest guest
So I apparently have this RT3 problem. My RT3 is 38 and my fT3 is 3.2. I'm still honestly not convinced of the math in calculating the ratio and can't find any resources to back up what I'm reading here about the ratio but that is pointless. My RT3 is 38 with a lab range of 11-32 so it is too high. The problem is after reading Nick's pages I'm terrified to go on Cytomel. My heart already pounds at the slightest activity or stress and flutters mildly for a few seconds at a time when I'm sitting doing nothing more than reading a book. I don't know if I can reliably dose several times a day and monitor my vitals to stay on top of it without going hyper. Also, my lifestyle does not lend itself well to monitoring vitals. To just sit for 10 or more minutes to get a resting heart rate is a problem as I am up and around doing things at work most of the day and just typing this message my heart rate goes from resting at 70-80-ish to more like 110-ish. How hard is Cytomel to manage really?
