Hi Everyone and congratulations to of you who lost weight this week, also to everyone who had the commitment and the courage to stay on the plan this week, no matter what. My husband and I are both on day 6 and doing well. The support of this list is wonderful. Thanks to all of you!

-----Original Message-----I'm thrilled to report that as a result of the fat fast that I did thefirst 3 days this week, I'm down 4.5lbs to 237! My new, all-time low hasjust kept getting lower and lower this week. Now, I'm hoping it'll lastsince I have a tendency to bounce about, but we'll see. I'm so excited!

:) Thank you so much, . I'm actually starting to notice a difference

when I look in the mirror. *cringe* And I can fit comfortably in size 22s

now. When I first started, my 24s were tight. (A month before I started,

I was actually up to 262.5, and I really couldn't get into my 24s anymore,

but then I got sick and dropped down to 248.5.)

Feels good to make progress like this. I'm so proud of myself 'cause I've

never stuck with it like this in the past. And now, I wouldn't have it

any other way.
