Guest guest
Nick, Thank You. This is just so confusing now that it's down to this minute tweeking. I decided to hold one more day at 100 to see how I do but I do have some questions. Since I am not able to take an Isocort without terrible bloating then I can only assume my adrenals are doing well? and my body is saying I don't need it anymore. I suppose if I continue on this track and I am able to totally get off the Isocort then the best thing to do would be to re-test cortisol levels. If my levels appear to be in good shape then it is only a matter of tweeking the T3 dose to feel well. It's so confusing not knowing what my levels are at present and whether my adrenals are working well or the T3 is just pooling. But, If I was pooling then I would be able to take Isocort, correct?? I was feeling so well back in November and now I am more tired, weight gain, achey and terrible pains that I thought were on their way out. So far today I have taken my am dose of T3--25mcg with 1 pellet of Isocort. Temps throughout have been 98.3-4. I just took my 11am dose of 25 with no Isocort. Temps are 98.6 now. My afternoon temps got to 99.4 and 98.6. My average today was 98.6-7. I am kind of jittery feeling right now...not bad but present. My pulse is still right at 80bpm. Sorry to sound so crazy but I just don't know how to tweek on how I feel. I still feel so hypo which tells me I need more but then I also know that too much T3 feels the same way. But if temps are good, not too high and pulse is not too high then I'm on a good dose, correct? Nick, thank you so much!! Your patience and advice is so appreciated. >I hope this question makes sense. If a person is not making or taking enough HC to allow the T3 to get into the cells and T3 starts pooling in the blood, are there any symptoms? There may be odd symptoms. T3 gets into different parts of the body atdifferent rates so you may get a mix of hypo and hypeer symptoms. It's also likely that you will get lots of odd adrenal effects andthey may be the more visible onesNick

You can then try going up or down on HC or T3 but do one at a time Nick
