Guest guest
The best thing to do is go back on intro and stage 1 for a while while symptoms begin resolving. Guest guest
Dear Aiazeen, I just want to let you know you're not alone in feeling anxious during the rough spots. I'm hoping that, in time, I can gain a sense of trust of my body. For now, I treat it as gently as I can and silently beg it to be nice. It can be so hard to know how to mentally frame these episodes. Do you have the time and space to get a lot of sleep and eat very gentle foods? I hope so. I also hope you have hugs available. I hope you feel better soon. SCD nearly 2 years CD 11 years > > Hi guys - rounding the curve at 4.5 months on SCD - no 3 month flare, > but today is not so good.
