converting and finding Rt3 ratio

I really did try to do this myself but i just got so confused (maybe its the

brain fog!) so sorry to bother you but what would the ratio be from this? also

they were not taken on the same day, does that matter?

FREE T3 4.9 pmol/L

RT3 19.14 ng/dL
