Guest guest
I am having a really hard time finding meat that is legal. It seems that most everything is injected with broth. Any suggestions? Thanks,
Guest guest
I also found it really difficult to find legal meat in the grocery store. If you have an HEB, they have chicken that hasn't been injected with broth. Maybe pork too, I haven't looked in a long time. And Whole Foods and Central Market both have meat that hasn't been injected. It's pricey though.I started buying my meat from local farmers and that has worked out well for me. The meat is high quality, no hormones, antibiotics, etc and is free range but not nearly as expensive as Whole Foods. I also buy in bulk which helps out with the price. There are several sites you can check out to see what is available in your area,http://www.eatwild.com/http://www.realmilk.com/where1.htmlhttp://www.localharvest.org/Also check out Yahoo Groups and see if there is a group for organic foods for your area. There is for mine and they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Best wishes,Kim H.husband, , CD 1999SCD 2002 I am having a really hard time finding meat that is legal.
