tomato sauces/diced and paste

are there ANY tomato sauces/ pastes or canned diced tomatoes out there that are not illegal?? I am a working mother of 3 and it would be SO much more convenient if I could use one. It seems like the sauces say "natural flavorings" what IS that anyhow!!!

I have yet to determine whether I can buy SCD-legal garlic powder or SCD-legal onion powder in Toronto, and I haven't tried dehydrating the bulbs to make my own. Shake well before using.Note: The book contains two recipes for seasoned salt on page 84.
