Coconut milk is essentially water and fat from the coconut. Maybe some nutrients. But it's the fiber from the coconut that makes it advanced. And that is not present. I asked Marilyn once why coconut fat was okay early on but not coconut milk and IIRC, she said that Elaine was worried that someone might come to over-rely on that product. So, with that in mind, as long as an awareness is present not to overuse it, I think it is okay, unless someone knows another reason not to use it. Marilyn?? Anyone??
