After I took those 10 mcg T3 now this morning instead of 5 mcg, I feel pain in my heart sometimes, and feel a bit stressed. Just an observation. Total T3 dose for today will be 30 mcg if I take it all as planned.T.

I was in a funeral today so I haven't measured my temp more than once. I did it 30-45 minutes after taking T3. I see a slight temp increase. It was 37.1 C after I took my 10 mcg T3. Pulse, about the same. 80s.

Btw, am I the only one having problems finding out when to stress dose HC? I was at a funeral of an old neighbor (mad cow disease, 1 in a million, she was SO unlucky!) and it became emotional. I figured since I became VERY sleepy at the after-funeral-dinner, that I needed to stress dose with HC. I took 2.5 mg extra. Dunno if it helped much though. How does stress dosing work? Should one stress dose when feeling SLEEPY or shaking or both at the same time or what?As for my upping to 30 mg T3, I have had some chest (heart) pain today after the 10 mcg morning dose of T3. Is it normal?

When I get super sleepy and broken like this, is stress dosing HC the way to go? I have this bad feeling that I might be on too much when I stress dose. I take 27.5 mg HC dialy and stress dosed 5.0 mg yesterday and 2.5 mg today. Considering adding 2.5 mg extra again today. Is it really impossible to run blood and urine tests of cortisol and make any sense out of the results? How do one know you're on too much HC?And what about difficulties breathing.. Is this fluid retention or what?

The adrenal people will be able to advise better but to me it would

seem best to Stress dose in anticipation of a stressful event.

Yup, no alarming high rates of anything. BUT this pain in the heart is new and kind of making me worried. I felt it again now after taking my 4th (out of 5) dose of T3. It happens 15+ minutes after taking the T3 dose. Do you think by any chance it's just my heart "getting used to more T3" ? And that it can be painful?

Your body is hypo and getting used to hormone again can have various

odd short term effects.
