Cook until it's all melted and starting to brown. Then WAIT (hard part) until it's cooled into a solid. Putting it in the freezer can help w. this. Remove from pan and use as a wrap. We like SCD-prepared beans (advanced food) with chopped tomato and salad, but avocado would be nice and a less-advanced food.
