I don't know ...I didn't turn yellow in the least. If it doesn't change

soon or gets worse...I would go to the doctor...jaundice can turn you

yellow...and that is when your liver is having troubles.

Nick,

Yellow in the white of your eyes means a deficiency in B12 vitamin. Try

supplementing (sublingual B12, at least 2000 ug, preferably 5000 ug, if

you can find it) and see if you feel better.

Yellow in the skin could mean a dysfunction of the liver and/or a

parasitical infection (and also B12 deficiency).

You can start by supplementing (mega-absorb type) B-complex vitamins, with

additional B12. It's harmless to try. If it works then it'll also help

for your fatigue (don't expect sudden miracles though).

good luck,

Ilana... who also has yellowish skin and is trying to get it back to

normal. It's slow going.

An ME specialist that I went to see, noticed that I looked a bit

yellow and tested me for hormone levels. He found that my

testosterone levels were low, so it could be this (the expression

'red-blooded male' has more meaning than I thought!).

Cheers,

Pete
