Guest guest
oh. i never diet, i have hashi's. looking back i had what must have been a hyper swing of hashi's when it started, but that was 20+ years ago, could it have been a problem since then, never felt great since then. are you with nick on the fact that my results definitely say Rt3 and the fact that the results are in pmol/L and pmol/ml doesn't matter. still wondering >The results are: >Free T3 4.09 Pmol/L.... Guest guest
Crystal, The only iron that got my ferritin up was iron bisglycinate or " Ferrochel " . It's the kind in Gentle Iron by Solgar. iherb.com has super sale going on right now on Solgar, so I stocked up! It is patented by Albion and is chelated to glycine so it does not need to ionize and attach to protein carriers in the digestive tract in order to pass into the bloodstream. Because of this fact, it also does not attach to any meds in your tract and has a very high absorption rate as well as not causing constipation at all. It is is not very expensive, really. I had to take 200 mg a day and it got my iron up to almost 90 on that dose. Kathleen > > > Can low ferritin cause heart pounding and high pulse? My pulse was > 124 yesterday. Guest guest
Ferrochel iron works for me too! Solgar is one of the best brands in the world, so it would be a good choice, I suppose! iHerb is my favorite online store! They have almost everything you need!
