More likely, since you were using the GI Pro starter, which is dairy-free, and probably using it in goat's milk, your real issue is the minute amount of cow dairy in the Yogourmet starter. If you cannot get the GI Pro starter, you can make one liter of goat yogurt using one packet of Yogourmet. Then use an appropriate amount of that goat yogurt as the starter for goat yogurt for your little one. This should dilute the cow dairy to the point that it won't be a problem.
