Guest guest
So far I have two labs from over the phone and I am waiting for the rest of them by e-mail later this week. Here are the values I have so far: FT3 = 4.3 and RT3 = 16. Do I take FT3 divided by RT3 or the other way around? What is my ratio according to these labs? What is my ratio according to these labs? 430 / 16 = 26,87 = good Are you on T3 at the moment?? Nick
Guest guest
By good do you mean no reverse T3 issue? I am currently on Thyroid-S... have been for about a year, but I am not on T3 only. Guest guest
To add to that, I am on 5 grains of it (gradually worked my way up and just reached 5 grains this month) and still having hypo symptoms, mostly dry skin, hair loss, and low temps. Temps are stable, though, so that makes me think my problem isn't the wrong dose of HC. I have been on HC for about a year and a half, currently at 30mg plus stress dosing if needed. I feel better than I have in a while, but still have those lingering symptoms. Not much fatigue, though! Amy > > > > >FT3 = 4.3 and RT3 = 16. Do I take FT3 divided by RT3 or the other way around? Yes, the ratio goes low in people with RT3 issues with 20 being taken as acceptable, Yours is 26 which is a good ratio Nick
