How many Freeda vitamins do I take?

The bottle of Freeda Multi-Vitamins say to take 3 a day. However, I

seem to recall reading somewhere that Elaine said to take 1 a day. Am

I remembering correctly?

I took my first 1 this morning, and felt a little weird a couple of

hours later (anxious and a bit weak). I took a second one this

afternoon, and the same thing happened. That's when I remembered that

maybe SCDers aren't supposed to take the full recommended dosage.

I take 1 vit and 1 B complex ( per Elaine's instructions) without any side effects.

Thanks , I'll try just taking 1 multi-vitamin tomorrow. I haven't

restarted the B Vitamins yet, but I tried them out before I officially

started the diet without any problems.
