it's fine. remember yogurt was practically created as a way to

preserve milk as a foodstuff in the days before refrigeration

That's good to learn, thank you Mara! When I get back home I

will stick it in the refrigerator (to make it cold again), and

then before consuming it I'll give it a good shake/stir.
