I am here in tears of joy in my eyes to read your success story. BRAVO, you

are a hero.

This story will help many of us who are still suffering and not yet gone in

to remission.

Thank you so much for sharing, I am overwhelmed by the amount of sharing in

this SG, that really gives encouragement when there is no hope at all and the GI is about to take the step of Colectomy.

As you have indicated, stick to the diet and have patience.I will surely

The stool changed from dark brown to yellow after I completely stopped taking the brown rice. Is this a good sign ? the quality of my stool is still =

very poor, no forms at all, I eat so less, but surprised to see stool in large volumes, something wrong, due to fermentation, should I stop taking fruits, I am just taking bananas and cooked peeled apples. If you do not mind, could you pls share how old are you , I cant understand why the diet works so well for some people and so some not so effective,

OR should I understnad it works well for young people and not for old ones

I am 40 year old, it is not working fast because I am no longer young ? and female? does the SCD work well for males and not so well for females because

of hormone issues and the mentruation issue of women and women being more susceptible than men to autoimmune diseases ?
