temps dropping, but stable....what do I do

Hello,

I have been on 30mg of HC and reached 75mcg of T3 on wednesday. Since then my

ave. temps (via Dr. Rind chart) have been

98.4

98.4

98.3

98.2

98.1

they are within .02 degress so does that mean adrenals are supported properly?

should I raise t3? Right now I dose

25mcg waking (usually 10 am, or 8am)

25 mcg five hours later

25mcg bedtime.
