I am referring to temperature before taking T3 and then 1/2 to 1 hour

after taking it.

T3 " uses up " cortisol getting into the cells. If your body can't

provide enough for the amount of T3 you took in one go then

temperature can drop,

Taking the same amount of T3 in smaller doses more often allows

cortisol production to keep up with the demand put on it by the T3.

This is my experience and several other people have found it as well.

Nick, it worked! Temp right before t3-dose was 98.6, then within the hour it dropped to 98.5 and picked up again to 98.6.

Will redo this experiment a few times, I just love the scientific part of this!

Not a big difference but looks like there is one

If you were to take the T3 half the amount at the time but twice as

often then this might help

so I'd be dosing every two hours? I am taking 12.5 three times a day and 7.5 at bedtime. I'm now at 45 mcg for another 6 days and will then try to increase to 50 mcg (I'm thyroidless, so need full replacement and possibly tsh suppression)

Try it and see, break them into quarters and take a quarter (6.25)

every 2 hours.

It's all about finding what works for you, we are all different

Breaking the tabs into quarters. so as to get 6 point something mcg. is a bit of a hassle because I don't get an accurate cut...

What do you think of taking 5 mcg every hour? Is that a bit too little for my metabolic needs?

As long as you take the 4 parts of the same tablet one after the other

then there is not as issue as it averages out the same over the day

If you can get 5mcg tablets then that's fine. The Grossman that a lot

of us use only comes in 25s.
