I tried to wean down on my HC the last couple of weeks and my temps are

dropping. So I don't think I have high cortisol after all. I did raise my NT

to 3 grains 5 days ago, up from 2 since my temps (I realized were lower than

they should be anyway)and have done OK on the 3 grains. WHen I add another 1/2

grain, I seem to get hyper symptoms (heart racing, etc.) but my temps aren't

raising enough on the 3 grains, either.

SO I guess I'm not ready to wean from HC? (Been on it for 7 mos. now)Any advice

for me, Val, Nick or anyone?

Thanks so much!

OK, I will plan to stay on HC until after I deliver. Perhaps the bruising I'm

noticing is from being hypo and not high cortisol.

Another question though, when raising thyroid meds., how long should one wait

between raises and how soon should I see a temperature raise: right away or not

for a few days?

Thanks again,
