date loaf?

I think any juice (diluted or straight up) would work in the date loaf or any other nut flour recipe. You can also use applesauce, pearsauce or peachsauce (or any other kind of fruit sauce) as a substitute for the DCCC/yogurt.

You'll just have to experiment. You need some liquid or moisture to pull the batter together, but how much and what kind can vary according to your taste.

For the date loaf, could I use water, pineapple juice, would that work.When I made the date loaf it was too dry, good but dry. I dont care for OJ.
