Guest guest
Sorghum is a grain, which means any product made from it will be high in polysaccharides, and thus off-limits while on SCD. I did a quick check on wikipedia.... So, I'd stay away from sorghum syrup. Definitely illegal. Kim M. SCD 5 years > > I'm thinking this is an illegal food. Anyone?
