Illegal -- it's disaccharides. It's basically syrup from sugar cane which

hasn't been crystallized into table sugar. Table sugar is

SCD-illegal.

Sorghum is a grain, which means any product made from it will be high

in polysaccharides, and thus off-limits while on SCD. I did a quick

check on wikipedia....

So, I'd stay away from sorghum syrup. Definitely illegal.
