Guest guest
Good morning!! I was wondering.....what do the BH contractions feel like? Should I start feeling them now or soon? I get this tightness feeling, it seems to be in different places, like a "knot" feeling and I assume it is the baby in there doing something.....It only lasts for a sec usually. Has anyone had the same feeling? Thanks. 29wks
Guest guest
, Now I'm not one to speak from experience but from what everyone has said and what I've read it sounds like you may be having BH. I've read that they can be totally pain free and just feel like your belly is getting tight. I *think* I've felt these lately cause there are times when my entire belly is just rock hard, but it doesn't cause any pain or discomfort. I'm just guessing though... -AmyR 28wks
Guest guest
, Speaking from experience, I would definitely say that it is BH contractions. And yes you could be feel them now. The further along you get, they stronger they will get and will start to last longer. I hope this helps. Love & hugs, Jo-Ann Re: another ? Good morning!! Guest guest
, I would say those are the bh contractions, it feels like your skin is tightening and then it loosens or realeases. Also, before I knew they were bh's, I thought that the baby was in a ball or sticking a body part out. Doc said those are the bh. Guest guest
I think its hard to explain. I think when I was as far a long as you I felt some. Then they increased. They are not supposed to hurt. To me they felt like the whole muscle tightened up. Pam mom to Belle 6 days old
Guest guest
Well maybe I'm not having BH...oh, I don't know! LOL I'm sure soon enough I will know for sure...I'm not rushing anything! Actually, I guess I am cause I just can't wait to be off work (that's still a ways away though)...I'd like to rush that part but keep the pg part at the same pace ....can I do that?! LOL I'm starting to get so tired in the afternoons again (like 1st trimester). On most days I have at least an hour and a half between school and work which I have been using for a little extra study time or to make a halfway decent dinner, but this week I've been going home and taking an 1/2-1hr nap in between...I don't think I'd make it through the school night if I didn't!! I am so looking forward to December!! -AmyR 28wk6d
