Hey Eileen..

I'm worried too about making nut flour- I don't eat the stuff I

nibbled here and there- big no no for me.

Anyway, maybe you should spring for pecan flour? A while ago Marilyn

posted a terrific source (that's where I got mine from, can't remember

just now) and I make butter out of it and my husband makes himself treats.

Really good. Maybe something you should look into.
