pecan flour looks so " chunky " i'm scared -but if i grind more it turns

into butter???? how is my bought almond flour smooth???? so scared of

nut pieces

DD is scd intro now and wants to know when do we stop diluting juice?

when does dairy come back??? pasta???? all after 2 years symptom free

also if i buy tropicana cardboard carton just original right? not these
